A lean, early-stage experiment in decentralized intelligence.
QUANTA is an emerging Bittensor subnet currently in development. We're in an early proof-of-concept phase, building a small, highly capable group of contributors interested in decentralized systems, applied computation, and real-world performance evaluation.
We're developing infrastructure for decentralized signal evaluation and incentive-aligned computation. The system combines cryptographic protocols, real-time data processing, and economic mechanisms to create a network where performance is measured objectively and contributions are rewarded proportionally.
Our stack emphasizes correctness, security, and operational reliability. We work with Python, async systems, time-series data, and integrate with blockchain networks. The project sits at the intersection of distributed systems, applied mathematics, and financial technology.
We're not posting formal job openings yet. Instead, we're collecting CVs, resumes, and portfolios from people who see themselves contributing in one or more of the following areas:
Experience with decentralized systems, Bittensor, or Python-based networked services. Comfort with async programming and protocol design.
Proficiency with data pipelines, time-series processing, and long-running backend services. PostgreSQL, Redis, and streaming architectures.
Background in applied ML, statistical modeling, or algorithm evaluation. Understanding of risk-adjusted metrics and performance analysis.
Familiarity with Linux, containers, deployment automation, and monitoring in lean environments. Security-conscious operations.
Building dashboards, interfaces, and developer tools for interacting with complex systems. Real-time data visualization.
Technical documentation, developer onboarding, and helping others integrate and build. Clear communication of complex concepts.
We're drawn to people who:
If that sounds like you, you're likely aligned with how we work.
If you'd like to be considered as QUANTA grows, share your information below. There are no rigid roles or titles at this stage—we're interested in understanding your skills, experience, and how you think you might contribute.
